At present there is a great need for Dental Nurses
in the London area. We arrange work for both qualified and
unqualified nurses, but unqualified nurses must have at least
one year's experience in order to work for our Agency. Work
may either be on a permanent basis with a single employer
or as a temporary nurse with different employers and
without long-term commitments. This would offer the opportunity
of choosing when and where you work. If you choose to be a
temporary nurse we will do our best to arrange for work close
to your home. Normally, so long as you are versatile and have
initiative it can soon be much the same as a permanent job.
Payment Info
Rates of pay very much depend on your experience and
are discussed at the interview. For temporary workers
you will in addition receive 4 weeks holiday pay per year,
inclusive of all public holidays, calculated in proportion
to the amount of time you worked.
If you work as a permanent nurse you will go onto
the payroll of our client the Dentist. However, if you work
as a temporary nurse you will receive payment from our office
when you submit your Time Sheet which the Dentist signs for
you. We start processing payroll on a Monday morning and so
long as we have received your Time Sheet by that time you
will be paid into your Bank or Building Society account on
Monday afternoon. Thereafter, payroll is usually processed
daily. We pride ourselves on the fastest payment in the
business to our temporary dental staff.
Coming From Abroad
Finally, we cannot stress sufficiently the point that if you
are coming from abroad it is essential that you make all your
enquiries and obtain all the necessary permission to work
in the U.K. before you leave home, and that you arrive with
your C.V., work permits, and references well presented.
