Premier Dental Agency (slogan-1st for Dental Staff) was established in 1976 by Sally Moher who trained as a Dental Nurse and is a Member of the British Association of Dental Nurses (BADN).

Sally started nursing in 1964 and spent the next 11 years nursing for some of the leading dentists in London’s West End and Harley Street. During that period she became aware that there was no Recruitment Agency run by a Dental Nurse with a special knowledge of the Surgery environment, the needs of both the dentist and the nurse, and an ability to match these needs. All candidates are sympathetically interviewed and the best positions offered to match their particular needs and skills. This approach has served her well as Premier Dental Agency maintains its position as the leading Agency in its field.

Mission Statement
Premier Dental Agency exists to provide all-round excellence for both its clients and candidates. Its remit begins with the first in-depth interview with the candidate and encompasses concern for their welfare together with an extensive knowledge of the client's exact requirements. It aims for professionalism in its task of ethically matching these requirements and ultimately providing satisfaction for all concerned.

The Key Management Team

Sally Moher is the Director in charge of Operations and as such is the 'hub' of the business. She and her team are responsible for all recruitment, interviewing of candidates, placements, and client liaison. She also takes a special interest in the nurses' welfare.

Aubrey Moher is the Financial Director responsible for the financial well-being of the business. This includes accounts, payroll, IT, advertising, and all the day-to-day running of the business.

Lindsey Acheson is responsible for all book-keeping, payroll and the general running of the office.
